Despite the fact that the list of formats does not include multipage PDF, saving scanned images into single multipage PDF file is still possible. Suffice it to scan in any of the available formats of the images you want and click on the rightmost "Save all images as PDF" button on the toolbar. Scanitto Pro will ask you where should it save a new PDF file.
