Scanitto Pro gives the opportunity to convert images to editable text.

1. In the dropdown list of image format select "TEXT (Recognize Text From Image)"
   Scanitto Pro will ask you to change resolution and color mode to 300 dot per inch grayscale
2. Scan images as you do it usually
3. Click on the rightmost "Recognize" button on the toolbar and new window will appear. In "Text Recognition" window you can deskew and despeckle images, point blocks of text on image you need to recognize. Or just click "Recognize"
   
4. Once OCR have finished, you will be able to save text as TXT or RTF file that could be edited using almost any text editors. "Save all pages" button will help you to do it
